Cancellation policy

Before dispatch: cancel free of charge. Any out-of-hours fee already paid is refunded in full.

After dispatch: the £30 out-of-hours call-out fee may be retained to cover travel already undertaken. Daytime cancellations after dispatch may incur the agreed travel charge only.

After arrival: the call-out fee and any agreed travel charge may be retained. You are not charged for service work that was not carried out.

If we cancel, cannot reach you, or cannot perform the service, you receive a full refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Terms & conditions

A request is not a confirmed booking until a representative confirms availability, price and next steps. We do not guarantee arrival times or that a repair will resolve the fault.
